i found the breakfast very complete.. the fresh orange juice was a great addition. the location suited my needs as a golfer, being close to the marina. the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. the hotel's cleanliness was perfect, it.

the room decor looked dated and could use an upgrade. the bathroom especially needed some refurbishment. the television had no English channels available. the pool area seemed a bit run down with broken flags. i hope they fix it soon.

the hotel is located very close to the beach with only a short walk needed. the air conditioning worked very well and kept the room cool. there is also a pool available .

fantastic stay!

efficient staff comfy beds

I really appreciated the efficient staff and the comfy beds. The showers were good too. the fresh fruit selection was abundant, i found the saturday sardines a real treat. i had half board and found the food offering first class, no burgers or pizzas, just well-cooked portuguese fare.

The safe was quite small, it wouldn't fit a laptop. also, there was a strong smell of cleaning product that lingered throughout my stay. It was quite bothersome, really.

the classic double room included a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. bathroom amenities were regularly replenished and the room offered ample space for luggage. a small balcony provided some outdoor seating.

The staff were helpful and very polite at all times. They promptly addressed all requests. check-in was smooth and efficient and concierge services assisted with local information. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.

A reasonable stay

fresh juice strong shower few sockets ineffective cooling

The hotel breakfast was plentiful. There was a good selection of items available and the staff did not rush us to leave after 10 am. Freshly squeezed orange juice was a nice bonus. The beds were comfy and the shower pressure was strong.

My room could use some updating. The photos online showed more modern rooms, which looked more appealing. There were only two sockets near the TV. It was inconvenient when charging devices. The air conditioning did not cool the room effectively.
